I shouold have done some shopping comparison first but since my plumbing was damaged I called them first. They came right away all four of them, looked around, had me signed contracts and felt they were "fast talking me" I wanted to choose my own new faucet but they were adament on installing their own!! not too happy about it, ( probably made more profit on that) in additoin to being overcharged! did not provide me with an estimate and itemized what they had done! they were quick to collect and not even a receipt! Is that "elder abuse?"
