Randy came in answer to a request to fix a leak, but while he was here we asked him to check out a couple of slow drains and to evaluate our slow-flush commode. He repaired the leak, snaked out the drains and ordered a new commode for us. He is a courteous, competent and steady worker, and we are very highly satisfied with his work and with Mike Counsil Plumbing.
