MorningStar Senior Living of Billings is a wonderful senior living facility and I am so pleased I chose this option for my Dad. From the moment we looked into the facility we have been very pleased. The administration staff and executive staff were all very professional and they have been great with the follow through. The staff has been amazing. They are always friendly with me but more importantly with my Dad. The staff is very caring and conscientious about how to deal with the elderly. They are patient and very kind and gentle. With the number of people they deal with I am so pleased to see how caring they are no matter how rough their day has been. They are easy to talk with and always give me updates about my Dad's day and his activities. They have been consistent in sending me reports and updates about his condition and make the time to talk with me about any changes that I would like to see for him. The facility is clean and they do a great job making sure the residents are clean and happy. My Dad is always clean and always has clean clothing. It is always a difficult decision to put your loved one into a senior living center but I am certain we made a good choice for my Dad. The facility offers a wide variety of things to keep him occupied, the surrounding area has pretty views of the setting and the Rockies. The food is amazing! Their chef does a fabulous job of making new dishes for them to try as well as good old fashioned comfort food and the types of dishes that we grew up on. It not only tastes delicious but it, I'm sure, brings back good memories for the residents. If you are making this difficult decision about the best place for your parents or loved ones, have no hesitation about this facility, I highly recommend MorningStar Senior Living of Billings.
