My mother has been a resident at MorningStar Senior Living of Billings and is now in their memory care unit. I definitely appreciate all of the staff and I can see that they truly love my mother, which isn't always easy. Some of them have been there as long as she has and have grown close to our family as well. While I do feel they provide excellent care for her, they are often times short-staffed and, as I've found with many assisted living facilities, they need more personnel. They absolutely do the best they can with the resources they have, but more staff is needed. It's a tough job and the nurses, the aides, the maintenance people, they give it their all. They are not perfect, but they do care and it shows. I will continue to recommend this facility to others whenever I get the chance just like I always have.
