Benjamin Franklin Plumbing put in a hot water heater for me recently and so far, so good. There have been no leaks and everything seems to be working fine. I'm a repeat customer with them. I think the first thing I had them install was a hot water heater and that was about ten years ago. The technicians are very friendly and professional. Of course, the price was higher than I wanted to pay but isn't that the case for everything?
