My experience Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baltimore was very positive. The service technician that came out was very kind and honest. He showed up on time completed the job perfectly and I have had no issues with the work at all! I gave them five stars all around because of the service technician! I certainly would recommend these folks without hesitation!
