We had a leak in the ceiling and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baltimore. They were really quick to respond making an appointment and getting out to us in a reasonable amount of time. By the time that he arrived we had already fixed the leak but we wanted the technician to make sure that there were no further problems. He did inspect the area and let us know that the fix that we had already done was sufficient to stop the leak, which I thought was really very nice of him. This told me that he wouldn't make up something and then charge us for something that really didn't need a second repair and I appreciate that honesty! Very courteous and nice man!
