I had an average experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baltimore. The staff member that came out thawed out a water pipe. Outside, there was an issue with the meter, and I kind of had to push the worker to do something about it, rather than just let him leave the meter as it was. This was my first interaction with the company, and I wasn't able to get any other plumber to come out and get this job done. I am glad that I have water again, but I'm not sure if I would use the company for another service based on this experience.
