I have been dealing with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for quite a while. I never thought they were one hundred percent, but they did all the installation and setup for the condo that I live in, and so I kind of had to go with them. I have not been satisfied with their work. They don't explain anything. They leave you with no information. They install something and they tell you it's done and that's pretty much it. They need to have instructive sheets as well as specific explanations from the mechanics about how something is supposed to be operated, instead of just handing a booklet to the customer and saying, read that. They do try to sell the digestive liquid for the sink; they push that and they push their discount. I had to wait three or four days after I called when there was an issue with a thing they had installed on my water heater. They were very unenthusiastic and didn't have a positive attitude about any of the work. I wouldn't recommend them.
