One thing I noticed immediately about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the motto on their truck, "The Punctual Plumber". He said he would be there at 9 and at 9 o'clock on the dot, he pulled up, so that was pretty cool. We walked into the house together and he put booties on over his shoes. We have a pretty dirty floor, so we didn't care that much anyway, but it was a nice gesture. We had a few different things for him to do, but he still got out of here within about an hour. It was much quicker than we expected. One thing we wanted him to do was replace all the guts of the toilet, flapper and all the other parts in there. The other main thing was an issue with the sump pump. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly.
