I recently used the services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baltimore and was mostly pleased with how the services from them went. I had called them out because I was having an issue with my toilet, the guy who came out took a look at it and diagnosed the issue as a rust problem and said the toilet would need to be replaced. Thankfully I noticed that was not the issue and was able to call him back in before he left, when he realized it wasn't the issue he got everything worked out and the toilet has been working very well since the work. Overall I think Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job with the work that I needed. I will definitely use their services again when needed, and I highly recommend their services.
