I called in Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baltimore for a plumbing repair issue and they were just wonderful. The gentleman who came in to do the work was very personable, prompt and nice. He came immediately when he was supposed to and he got to the bottom of the problem which others had failed to do. He rearranged a pipe and installed a new one; something was clogging the old one. He identified and fixed the issue and everything has been fine since then. I was very, very pleased and I would definitely call them back if I ever have plumbing issues again.
