We actually found E J Plumbing and used them initially for a simple, straight-forward job. Since then each job has progressively been more complex. Every time Manny was right there for me. When there was an emergency he was right there without putting me off to the next day. He made himself available.

I use him because of the quality of work he leaves behind and his good advice. He has given me really good advice. I depend on his advice. There was a time when he advised me that he was not the best choice for the job because a handyman would be able to do it and would be less expensive. He was right, but he took the time to come see the job, evaluate it, and then advise me.

He is someone that I consider the plumber to call at all time when I have an issue. He is always the first person to call because I trust his advice. I have used him across the board probably 5 times, and one of them was for a fairly serious plumbing concern.

Manny is incredibly prompt, keeps me abreast of what is happening, and does the job in a reasonable amount of time. He's terrific. He is responsive and takes pride in his workmanship and the finished product.
