We asked Manny to come to our house and quote several different jobs we were planning to undertake in the coming year. Unlike many other contractors we've worked with lately, Manny generated the quote right away (by going to his truck and working out the quote, not making stuff up on the fly), he let us know what he could and couldn't do (instead if saying he could taje o everything through sub contractors) and he was excellent about follow up.
