I just have one comment to make about your Technical Support Team: It's Fantastic!! Mr Randy has come to our home on several Occasions to do service maintaince on our Lennox furnace. He is very though and explains in detail what he is doing and how it is being done. That's customer and a representative relationship and I feel this is another plus for your Company. Mr Randy is defiantly a TEAM PLAYER.
