Randy arrived slightly before the expected time, had obviously reviewed previous work that had been performed, clearly informed us what he was going to do, and went to work. He completed the required repairs, cleaned the work area, and departed in less than 4 hours after arriving (2 hours less than the original estimate). Randy, like the other Anderson technicians who have serviced our HVAC systems, is highly qualified and very personable. We will continue to call on Anderson when our systems require expert support.
