Water leaking from the Evaporative Cooler resevoir.

Anderson Air Corps performed Regular Maintenance on my Model ADASO on May 5, 2017. Due to the moderate weather for the last few weeks, we have had no reason to use the evaporative cooler, until May 25. On May 27, I noticed water coming down our rain spout. Upon inspection on the roof, I found that the water was coming from the over flow assembly. I adjusted the float valve. I will continue to check on the overflow for the nest few days

Thank you for taking the time to review our company. I'm sorry that the float on your cooler needed readjusted again after we performed your regular maintenance. Those swamp cooler floats sure can be pesky, they can be just fine for months or even years and all of a sudden need to be adjusted. In the future please keep in mind that on swamp cooler startups if your float starts leaking within 30 days of your maintenance stop we will come back and adjust it for free, even if it is Memorial Day weekend.
