JB arrived on time and took care of a Mtce. problem including a couple of rust spots on the ultra cool evap cooler. I request JB to come back on the regular visit to prepare the cooler for summer as he knows the repairs and what need to be done for operation. He did a good job and I appreciate his expertise.
