I had Anderson Air Corps come by in November 2016 because my 3-yeard-old furnace smelled funny and didn't seem to be working properly. The technician discovered the capacitor was leaking and replaced it. In March there was a dusty smell and cold air was coming out the vents when the furnace came on. I thought the capacitor might be leaking again so I called Anderson Air Corps, and Arnold came by and checked the capacitor, and said it was fine. I told Arnold my brother (who lives in another state & does HVAC work) said it sounded like the duct work under the house might need repairing and Arnold crawled under the house to inspect it. The duct work was fine, and Arnold said the dust accumulation was normal, and he cleaned it out. I really appreciated Arnold's willingness to do what was necessary to find out what the problem might be.
