Anderson Air has been taking care of my rooftop furnace and refrigerated air system for three years.

My last service appointment with them was January 10, 2017. On January 14, my furnace stopped working. I called a handyman to immediately come take a look, since that was a Saturday.

He discovered this: my furnace takes three 12 x 24 x 1 filters. The technician had folded and pushed two wrong-sized filters into place, instead of using the correct size. They were cutting off air flow and that disabled my system.

I had to pay Anderson Air for bad service, and on top of that, I had to pay a handyman for a Saturday house call.

I don't trust Anderson Air anymore.
