We had Brendan out to our place a few months ago to fix a leak. Unfortunately, the leak came back in the same spot, but Brendan dropped everything to come and fix it. He ended up staying until after 10:00pm to fix the outdoor leak in the dark! I can't say enough how appreciative I am of that kind of service. Stuff happens, but to have someone stand by their work like that is very impressive.
