David checked not only my primary concern with a kitchen drain pipe that was dripping, but looked at each of the connections and recommended a simple solution. Because of the proximity to the flooring between the kitchen and the basement, I elected to go with his suggestion of a simple fix first and if the problem recurs, to have him come back for a much more complex repair.
