I called at 5:30 PM and the problem was fixed by 7:45 PM. I am very handy but this very bad leak was something I couldn't figure out in my troubleshooting. Brendan also was very helpful in terms of educating me on some easy ways to avoid plumbing problems relating to groundwater. Much appreciated!
