Brandy answered the phone and was very professional and pleasant. She said David would Be at my house to resolve the issue between 11 AM and 1 PM. I literally hung up the phone with Brandy and David called. David asked if it would be OK if he came early at about 1015. I said absolutely. David arrived at my house probably at 10:15 AM and the issue was resolved by 10:25 AM. I could not be happier! Highly, highly, highly recommend your company.
