My main concern with T. Webber Plumbing was that we had contacted them a week prior with a problem.
They sent a technician out, he came, took care of the problem, I authorized payment, it wasn't significant payment, and I never received a problem again.

But before that, the first time I called them, I needed somebody out there quickly. They didn't call me back when they said they would. They were supposed to call me the morning of the service and no one did. So I called them again, and they said, "Nobody called you?" and they apologized. They said they didn't have anyone to come out. So I had to wait another day for service.

The next time I used T. Webber Plumbing, I had a problem at night. So I tried to get an emergency technician, and no one was available. Not their fault, they were busy. Then they came the next morning, but I was at work. Before I could contact the person who was checking out my house, they left, saying they had other jobs to do. They said they had waited half an hour for me, which I'm not sure if that's true.

So then I had to wait another day for someone to come and replace my toilet. The workmanship was good, but getting someone there in a matter of time was a mess. The overall experience was not worth the value for the money.
