I have been using DEGREE HVAC for several years now, and I've always found them to be reliable and dependable. Recently, I needed their services because the pump on my boiler needed to be replaced. The experience was good, thanks to the technician who came out. He thought ahead, and when he realized the nature of my call, he knew he needed to come out sooner than scheduled, so he juggled his appointments and arrived early. He was correct and knew he needed the extra time to get the replacement part. So, he was able to do that, and come back out to replace it the same day. If it wasn't for that I would've waited longer for them to fix the issue. I will absolutely continue using them.
