As a prior customer (seven years ago) - Degree HVAC installed two furnaces for me. I now requested a diagnostic of a coil on one of the original furnaces. Cost of diagnostic - $350 (mainly for transportation costs - 2 hr minimum) - They then cancelled an appt after I provided an email confirmation (apparently not to the right office mgr)... Lots of policies - lots of charges - quality of initial work questionable (furnace installed upside down!) - didn't want to tempt fate with more work with this organization.
