Five stars here. We had Santiago --- his 15 years of experience reveals itself in a professional presence on the job. He found two hardware problems with our 22-year-old Day & Night forced-air gas furnace and fixed them both. The second problem required him to make a long drive that same day in heavy commute traffic. He did it smilingly and went right to the problem --- a stuck gas valve. We wake up to warm mornings now!
