The technician came out for a routine furnace check up, but discovered that the furnace wasn't operating correctly, even though it looked like it was working fine. It was prematurely cycling off before completely warming up, and it took a fair amount of diagnostic reasoning to figure out what was going on. The technician got to the bottom of it, and the furnace is working well now.
