Degree has replaced two separate, large residential Carrier systems for us (2020 and 2024) that failed in part because they were not installed properly. Degree didn't install the original ones. They were fairly quick about getting to me, diagnosing the problem, getting me a bid and then getting the new equipment installed. Everyone was professional, on-top of the job, knowledgable and friendly. We have not had any problems with the systems they installed. The also followed up with a completely filled out rebate form (unexpected) for us to send in for a rebate, which we received. Highly recommend.
