Wanted to share with you that Joel, our HVAC technician was extremely helpful today. He alerted us to a couple of issues that we would want to consider immediately and for the future. Usually, I have a hard time following some of the HVAC technical discussions around CO, Refrigerants, current laws with regards to AC units and requirements etc… Joel did a great job in explaining so we could understand and felt like we got a real good value from his visit today.
