Sears Heating & Cooling did a very good job. They were excellent. I had a problem with my heater and Wally came out from Sears Heating. He was a nice guy and talked to me about what might be wrong. Then he wanted to take a look. He saw that the furnace was bad so they put a new one in. At first, I had a little problem with rattling but Wally came back and tightened everything up. Now everything is fine
