We've had Sears Heating & Cooling for years on my parents' recommendation. We have the maintenance contract so I never have an issue with scheduling. In fact, this year they were scheduled to come out in July but they called the other day and got it done early. They are good about returning calls and they take good care of their customers. They are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't have any issues at all.
