The whole process was good, getting the estimate, the installer was on time and polite, and all was completed as expected. The only reason it's 4 stars for the total experience is that later that day I found all the lights still on in the basement and a box of the debris and parts. I thought they would be cleaned out already. But they did a great job overall.
