I have used Sears heating and cooling for decades. recently I had to have both of my systems furnace and air conditioning replaced. Mind you,that I had them for decades and it was because of Sears heating and cooling maintenance plan and the attention that they gave to the equipment, I had those units that long. When it came time for new units I was never up sold pressured or talked into any equipment by this company. They were honest, forthright, and incredibly knowledgeable as to what my house really needed.on the day of the install, two of the employees that did the work were absolutely amazing. It was actually quite a relief to know that two big purchases we're going in this house with the care these two gentlemen afforded the job. Sears has an incredible maintenance plan which I always use. And one thing that I've always known about them beyond the fact that they are good at what they do, is if there is or was an emergency they treat it as such. In my book they are the best and they employ the best!
