Sears Heating & Cooling put in a new heating and air conditioning unit for us a few weeks ago. I was surprised to learn they are independent of Sears and Robuck, independently owned. We have been with them for about six years now and we have always been very pleased with their service. We always ask for the same technician. I don't recall his name right now but he is a character. We joke around and talk about our kids, he's a good guy. Whenever he comes out to do the maintenance he takes the time to explain what he is looking at, if he finds something wrong he explains what he has found and lets us know what he will be able to do to fix it and takes the time to answer our questions. The last time prior to getting the new unit when the technician was out here we were having a problem with our heat exchange and he had to red tag it. He explained what could happen if he didn't do that. He was very thorough and we appreciated the information he gave to us. We had called in the middle of the night when the heat went out and they came the very next day. They are really on the ball. The technicians are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. You couldn't ask for better service! We will continue to use Sears Heating & Cooling!
