our issue was water leaking from the upstairs bathroom when you flush the upstairs toilets or showers. They came on Wednesday and said they have to return on Thurs with more equipment. On Thursday, they said they fixed it but that my pipes are old and bad and they quoted me for new pipes. I took a shower on Thursday after they said it was fixed, and water leaked down stairs. We called them, they said they would send someone back out. On Friday, apparently no one could come back out until Saturday morning. Saturday morning another guy comes out and he could not fix the issue. Finally we call another company and they fixed the issue and it's still fixed. The second company said that we don't need new pipes. We are very disappointed in Benjamin Franklin because they never fixed the issue and let days go by knowing we did not have a working shower in our home. It's a shame that they send people to homes without proper tools to fix clogs. The second company who came said that Benjamin Franklin improperly put back our toilet. I wish I called the second company first, Benjamin Franklin sent a total of 3 people on 3 different times and still could not unclog my pipes, but the other company was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I'm also very disappointed that BF suggested that the only way to fix my issues was to spend 12k and repipe my own home. It's as if that is all they wanted, for me to spend 12k and they repipe it instead of fixing the issue. Overall, this was a very bad experience with BF.
