This was the worst repair job I ever had. The technician spoke such broken English, I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me I was complaining that the ice cubes get stuck; therefore won't continue making ice. He didn't understand me and simply told me that when the ice maker gets full, it shuts off. This wasn't the case. Plus, he punched the buttons so many times that he changed the settings on my ice maker and the temperature kept rising. I had to get the book out to fix his error myself. And to top it off, he did something to make my ice maker not make ice at all. I don't want to say the company is bad because there are significant good reviews. I'm saying the technician was the worst. He didn't look professional and was dressed sloppy.
