I had what i thought was an overflow problem and I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to fix it. As it turned out the roots from my tree was blocking the majority of the pipe. The technician "attempted" to use a snake and hydro jet to fix the problem. but it did not work. He charged $2,000 for an "attempt" and then suggested charging me an extra $17,000 for more work which I would later be told I didn't need, because there was a clean out that he did not locate. The second plumber located it. City workers as well as the 2nd plumber were dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of work done and overcharging by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Company. I am a Senior and definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. Stay away from there overpriced services and get a 2nd opinion if they quote you first.
