Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing. They had to replace my tankless water heater because it was obsolete and we could not obtain the needed replacement mother board. Now that I have recovered from the sticker shock I realize that I got an incredible bargain; I was given a quote and despite the out of code mess they encountered, and starting work on Sunday, there were no changes in the initial quote.
The team (3 plumbers in all) ran new lines to create a water saving recirculating system, took out my old plumbing where it was not correct and brought the water, gas and electric up to code. The new lines are not only more efficient, they are pretty. In addition to excellent work, they were very considerate of us. They always wore shoe covers in the house (and remembered to take them off when going outside), they warned us when water or gas or electricity had to be turned off, every evening they were careful to leave us with a source of running hot water, and they were very polite and considerate the entire 3 ½ days of the project. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the careful and thorough job that they did and the superior and safer hot water system they created.
