The work was great. The service man who did the work was a professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Did not care for the representative who came out to assess the work to be done. He started on a upsell campaign about other things that I my need in the future. He left no written estimate on the work to be done. I will not call these guys again. Appears the left doesn't know what the right is doing. It took about 15 min to figure out the cost of the project after the service tech arrived.
1) The actual work was great. Great plumber and professional.
2) The initial estimate visit was a joke. Sales guy threw so much stuff at me that he failed to leave me a written estimate. I had to get a quote after the service Rep arrived the next day. Also the new #'s were different than original.
3) They don't give a Sr. or Military 5% discount unless you sign up for a yearly maintenance contract for 199.00.
4) These guys are expensive. Get a second opinion. I didn't and it cost me. MY BAD. It took the service representative less than an hour to replace incoming water anti-syphon, fittings and water valve. About max of 200.00 in parts if purchased from Home Depot. MY cost for entire 1 hour project was over 1,400.00. I guess they charge about 1,000.00 per hour.
