I've known Walter for about 9-10 years. He doesn't just come and fix the problem, he makes sure there isn't other potential factors that could cause further interruptions or shut down. He understands what is going on with the HVAC or electrical aspects. I called Walter due to electrical issues coming from the outdoor meter. He not only came and fixed the issue but waited for Bluebonnet to make sure everything was working right. thanks Dean shop
