We purchased Modern Mechanical's "Repair & Maintenance Essentials PLUS plan." The service tech arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough winter servicing job and identified a minor issue that had never been pointed out to us by our previous provider and corrected the problem on the spot. We chose Modern Mechanical as our annual HVAC service provider because they came highly recommended and the service plans offer a lot of protection. Very happy!
