Recently had a problem with the heat motor and service was excellent, as was speed in getting the new one installed.

My only concern, which I need to research more, is that service is not available 24 hours ... during the night if an emergency should occur, I would have to find another company. Maybe none do 24 hour service so something to look into.

Have recommended Modern Mechanical and been very happy with them for several years.
