I was on vacation in SC when my dad called and told me that the AC was leaking and the return may be clogged. I immediately called Modern Mechanical as I am in the Loudoun Chamber and heard great things about them. Not only did they send a tech out the next day to look at the system, they called me and explained what happened, why they think it happened, and how they could fix the issue. The system itself was not replaced prior to me purchasing my home as I thought it was, so the system was as old as me (31 yrs old)! I was disheartened to hear that I needed a brand new HVAC and Water Heater. As any good consumer does, I wanted to check pricing to ensure I was getting a reasonable deal. Not only did they work with me due to the cost of the new system, they also were able to reduce the labor by installing everything same day. The techs who came were very respectful of my home, they did amazing work on the piping and ducts, they labeled everything and even cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend using them and they will have my business in the future.
