One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning operated by Modern Mechanical were very nice and did a very good job. We just bought this house and it might qualify as the lemon of the year. We've had lots of repairmen here since moving in and the people at Modern Mechanical were far and above the nicest repair people we hired. They were courteous and professional. They fixed everything.
