We are a business with a warehouse. We have a service contract with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning operated by Modern Mechanical, so we called them to replace one of the heaters when it stopped working. We have four of them. This particular heater had given up the ghost. The had two technicians come out to replace it. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The techs were also very efficient. They respected that we are a business and they worked quickly to get the scaffolding out of the way and get us back up to speed. Because of that, the install had a minimal impact on our business. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has also added a new feature to their service. After you schedule your appointment, they send you a text with an email about the technician who will be performing the service. The email has a photo of the technician and some background information. I really think that's a great feature. For home services, I think it definitely makes the customer feel safer knowing that the technician at the door is the one you were expecting. It makes Modern Mechanical's service a more personalized experience, and I really like that.
