It's been a while since I used One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning operated by Modern Mechanical, but when I did, they had come out as part of our quarterly service contract to maintain our HVAC system. We have been utilizing their services ever since we purchased our HVAC unit from them, and have been using One Hour to keep it well maintained. It went well, and our experiences with them have all been pretty good. The techs that service our HVAC are on time and courteous, and are very professional. They seem to know what they're doing, and that's always a good thing.
