My attic fan wasn't working and my home warranty company arranged for Modern Mechanical to come. They called me right away to set up an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, and when they found the unit needed replaced they went and got a replacement and installed it same day. Didn't have to take another day off to get it installed.

I've used Modern Mechanical for my regular HVAC maintenance and have always had a good experience. They do tend to recommend items that may need replaced soon, but do not do a hard sell if I say I would not be interested.
