I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning operated by Modern Mechanical because I was having serious issues with my air conditioning unit. It's leaking and causing all kind of water issues and mold. I know I needed someone to fix or replace the air conditioning unit, and I called them for an estimate. When I talked to the person in the office, they didn't tell me they charged $100 to do an estimate. When the guy came out, he looked at it, but he didn't fix or replace anything, and I didn't think he should have charged me anything to just look at it and not fix it. I think they have really bad customer service, and I would not recommend them.
